Preparation Method:
In thick bottom pan, heat oil ,add 1 tsp of mustard and 1 tsp of black gram.Add ½ cup of chopped onion ,chopped ginger,green chillies and few curry leaves ,saute till golden brown add chopped carrot and pour 3 cups of water and bring to boil.Then to the boiling water ,add salt to taste, along with 1 cup of Jeevans Ragi Rava. Reduce the flame and stir well.Close the pan with a lid and cook for 3 – 5 minutes.Then mix well with Desi ghee and serve hot.
