Ragi is considered as a ‘nutritional -cereal’ because of its good nutritional values, high level of calcium and iron content in Ragi is useful for the bone growth and overall development of the infants. Micro nutrient content, sulphur amino acids and rich protein content in Jeevans Ragitone makes it easier to digest, when compared to other weaning foods.

Ingredients: Ragi, Cardamom.

Direction to prepare:

Take two table spoons (approx 20g) of JEEVANS RAGITONE in a clean bowl. Add 60ml cool drinking water or milk in a clean bowl and stir well. Dilute with 250 ml of water or milk while cooking. Add a spoon sweet or salt to taste. Stir and boil well until it becomes a semi solid form. Allow to cool. Then serve.
