Direction to Use:
 Cook 1 cup of JEEVANS KODO MILLET with 2 cup of water until it become soft. Let it cool for 1 hour; add ½ cup curd, green chilli, ginger, carrot, asafoetida powder, coriander leaf and salt. In a pan heat the oil, add the mustard, red chilli and curry leaf, sort it well, mix it with the curd rice. The good thing about millet rice is that it can be substituted for rice in any of the recipes.
